Who we are

This website is operated by Dream Home Construction LLC, a licensed Nevada general contractor based in Las Vegas, NV. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Dream Home Construction LLC.

What we collect

When you send an estimate request, we receive the information you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and your project message.

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not collect information about you from other sources through this website.

How we use it

We use your request only to answer it: to contact you about your project, prepare an estimate, and keep a record of our conversation. We do not use it for advertising and do not add you to a mailing list.

How it is delivered and kept

When you press “Send Request”, the form is delivered to our office inbox as an email through an email delivery provider (Resend). The provider handles the message only to deliver it to us.

We keep requests in our email for as long as we need them to work with you and to keep reasonable business records, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We may disclose it if the law requires us to.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics services, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy before it does.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email office@infodreamhome.com or call 702 · 377 · 7888, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Nevada residents

We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law (NRS 603A). Nevada residents may still submit a request not to sell their covered information by emailing office@infodreamhome.com.
